Sendmail is a bit flakey, use Net::SMTP instead.

Note: Net::SMTP comes with it's own problems, specifically, the
[email-raw] tag doesn't work in it.  I have a patch lying around
somewhere to make [email-raw] work with SMTP, though if you need it.
