Oh, well, I've never been a fan of letting IC create the tables once
they're customized, but the code is a lot more robust than it used to
be. I suppose there's no reason IC wouldn't create the index. You can
always check it with the mysql shell or in Interchange: Administration
-> Info -> Database Info.
