[ic] Gift-Certificates

Thanks for the pointers Lyn,  i didn't see that field before,  i set
that to 1 however that still doesn't appear to do anything.  I still
dont have any  entries in the pay_cert table.  Should a record have
been entered into that field?

Thanks a lot for the start?
