[ic] Interchange problem after the server move

Hello,

We are having numerous issues after the account has been moved to another
server. We restored the old catalog and files from the old server.But now
the issue is while creating an account it gives the following error.

DBD::mysql::db do failed: Got error 127 from storage engine at
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/interchange/lib/Vend/Table/DBI.pm line 1506.

Also after the checkout it still goes back to the same checkout page.

Any help is appreciated.
