[ic] recompile perl

I was wonder if anyone can help. I figured out what my problem was with
DBD::Pg problem. This happens when I recompile perl that is when I run into
a problem. an then interchange can't find the DBD::Pg.

So can anyone tell what I need to do to fix this problem when I recompile perl
do I need to reinstall the DBD::Pg and the DBD::DBI
