[ic] Integrating Authorizenet SIM

The standard Authorizenet module uses the AIM method where CC info is 
obtained and stored on the local server thentransmitted to authorize.net.

As I do not want CC info stored on my server, I need to use the SIM method 
where all data except the CC info is collected and transmitted.

To do this, I need the following fields that are used in calculating the 
x_Trans_ID :

x_fp_hash =>
x_fp_sequence =>
x_fp_timestamp =>

What variables do I need to plug in, or is there a simple way to unhash the 
x_Trans_ID to get these?
