[ic] [breadcrumbs ...] tag not interpolating

Hi,

I just moved my catalogs onto a new 64 bit server and I noticed that the
ones that use the breadcrumbs tag show the un-interpolated tag instead
of the actual breadcrumbs.  Is there a binary that I missed somewhere?
Has anyone else had this problem with breadcrumbs not interpolating?
