After Google search I found this link:

Which had following for Apache and Mod_SLL:
Apache's httpd.conf
SSLProtocol -ALL +SSLv3 +TLSv1
SSLCipherSuite ALL:!aNULL:!ADH:!eNULL:!LOW:!EXP:RC4+RSA:+HIGH:+MEDIUM
So far so good.
