[ic] imagemagick-6.5.2.9 -> 6.5.7.0 breaks usertag

I just upgraded from imagemagick-6.5.2.9 to 6.5.7.0, and a usertag I
use to resize images is no longer working.  Downgrading fixes it.
Nothing in either error.log.  Is anyone using imagemagick-6.5.7.0 in
IC?
