[ic] Problem with CVS on the docs directory

Hello,

I just tried to get the docs and this is what I am seeing.

cvs checkout: failed to create lock directory for `/var/cvs/xmldocs' 
(/var/cvs/xmldocs/#cvs.lock): Permission denied
cvs checkout: failed to obtain dir lock in repository `/var/cvs/xmldocs'
cvs [checkout aborted]: read lock failed - giving up

It has been this way for a couple of weeks for anonymous checkout.
