[ic] MV-UTF8

Every time i try to enable MV_UTF8, i got blank html pages and errors as followed. I have tried mv_http_charset and mysql_enable_utf8 and i get the some results. any hints are appreciated. The mysql database is utf-8 encoded. Thank you.
