You don't want to do this -- that creates three different catalog
configurations. Instead:

 Catalog domain1_com /var/www/catalogs/site www.domain1.com/cgi-bin/site
 Catalog domain1_com alias domain1.com/cgi-bin/site
 Catalog domain1_com alias secure.domain1.com:443/cgi-bin/site
