[ic] Setting up Interchange

I am setting up Interchange on a virtual hosted Linux Go Daddy account. I am
needing a few questions answered.

1. what servers/modules needs to be present on Go Daddy's server?
2. Is there a  place/URL setup that has step by steps to setup a Go Daddy
setup with a PayPal payments configuration.
