With the above DOCROOT, copy the images to:
/usr/home/interch/ic-shops/images/interchange-5 

And set:
UI_IMAGE_DIR            /images/interchange-5/    Admin control
UI_IMAGE_DIR_SECURE     /images/interchange-5/    Admin control

Perhaps that does it.

If not, then with the above settings (/images/interchange-5), please let me
know what the address is of the image with X.
