[ic] Additional shipping address

Hi Group

I am trying to create a simple page that would list all the additional
shipping addresses for a user.

ship_addresses.html under /pages/member is where additional addresses
are created, but looking at this page I am not able to figure out how
to simply list the details of the additional addresses in the userdb
table.

could someone please help with this?
