[ic] [PATCH] AuthorizeNet.pm send level 2 data

Hi,

Here is a patch that makes Vend::Payment::AuthorizeNet send "level 2" 
data with each transaction.  The benefit of this is a lower discount 
rate on many card types, particularly purchasing cards.

This patch saves us quite a bit of money each month :)

You can also pull it from my git tree, along with the two other patches 
I posted recently.
