[ic] postgresql socket prolblem with ODBC

Matthew,

 

I read about your issue and I receive the same error on a DSN remote
postgresql database connections

 

psql: could not connect to server: No such file or directory
         Is the server running locally and accepting
         connections on Unix domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432"?

Did you ever get a fix for this and what was the problem.  I an on RH
Linux.  I can connect directly with psql and the ip.  But when I use the
DSN/ odbc.ini file, I cant connect.
