[ic] Moving interchange website

Hi gang,

	Well, I'm moving a customers website from one server to our servers. It's not been an easy move as many of the pieces were
missing (it was a Exim virtual server, so Exim hides the main files).

	I've managed to get most of the system over, most of the catalog pieces were there, but I'm still having a few issues. For
example, the following loop code works on the original server, but returns a blank on ours:

	"manufacturer" is a field in the products database.

	I may just rewrite it as a SQL call, but rather figure out why it's failing here.
