Do you have the latest robots.cfg? And search for the recent addition of putting MSIE and Gecko in the NotRobotUS section. I think some toolbars are misidentified as robots, and I think adding MSIE and Gecko to NotRobotsUA is a kinda Robot-test safe pass.
