You're totally right Peter, simple ops are much easier.  I did a lot of
customizations to get these variants working the way they are on
Freeride. Plus it seems you don't need to track anything unless you want
in the future for each coach to manage their own clients maybe as
affiliates ;)  Also, even with lots of customizations, upgrading IC is
very strait forward thanks to the separate IC service tier.
