It mostly happens for me if I double-click the Recalculate button on the 
Express Checkout page. Once it happened when I single-clicked.

Tested on the demo.

6.0.472.63-r59945 (google-chrome-stable)

It would be interesting to pare down the ord/finalize and ord/checkout 
pages and see exactly what makes ord/checkout crash.
