[ic] Image upload (capture) question

Hi,

Does anybody know the best way to include an "image capture" feature?
In other words, similar to image upload, but for systems with a web-cam,
laptops with built in camera's, cell phones with camera's etc, I would
like a button that captures the current image from any of these these
outputs on any platform for upload instead of browsing the file
system...  Any ideas?
