[ic] Iridium payment module

The Iridium payment gateway in the UK was built in response to the events 
found with Sagepay, and features such things as multiple entry points for 
redundancy, 'pay by link' email requests, complete reliability and first-class 
support.

This module re-uses many of the Sagepay paramaters so as to make upgrading 
relatively painless and almost a 'drop-in' replacement. 

Kindly donated by Ross McAllister of Fridgeland.co.uk, where it has been in 
production use since April.
