[ic] update PriceDivide in locale data

I don't really like having fixed PriceDivide values in my locale table
and I'd like to update these periodicaly. If locale was a mysql table,
I'd know how to do this with a simple cron job. I can't seem to find
info on doing this with a gdbm table. Can someone suggest a method?
Maybe a IC job? Would converting my locale to mysql be better and it
that possible?
