[ic] Cross category drop down list

While I have been working on cross-sell for products, I noticed that the
drop down menu is no longer available from the cross-sell menu. I have
been working on this for a couple of weeks now, so I am not sure when it
happened as I was not paying attention to that field as I wanted the field
above to take specific sku numbers.
I cannot find the control for this field. I have been looking for
information on the mailing list with no luck so far.
Any guidence as to where to look and check for would be greatly appreciated.
