Folks,

FYI, I submitted an optional global config file you can pull in to
supplement your use of [captcha] with a refresh option. You can find the
new code in eg/captcha_refresh.cfg, which when included in
interchange.cfg will create a new captcha-refresh tag and actionmap. See
documentation in code for details and usage.
