[ic] Fix logging messages for Jobs for ErrorDestination

This is a small patch bugfix, which allows us to have ErrorDestination
work for Jobs logging messages. Allows directives like this to work:

ErrorDestination  "Run jobs group=%s pid=%s"  logs/jobs_run.log
ErrorDestination  "Finished jobs group=%s pid=%s"  logs/jobs_run.log
