Great thanks Sam :-)

I have tried in many ways your hint without reproduction.

Tested interchange with heavy load and 3 catalogs without any little
problem.

Simplified network configuration, interchange restarted with only
standard demo but general protection error libc persists, frequently not
always, on STOPPING interchange daemon.
Running top to see the load without hints.
Interchange error log clean.
Catalogs error log clean.

My conf:
- standard on mysql and 2 my production catalogs on mysql
- Interchange 5.6.3
- threaded perl 5.10.1
- Kernel 2.6.32-5-686
- Debian 6.05
- Virtualbox 4.2.4 bridged network
- Ubuntu 10.0.4
