[ic] jEdit Syntax Highlighting for Interchange Update

I've recently made a small update to the syntax highlighting mode for jEdit.

Basically the patch will make jEdit recognize [PREFIX-calc] blocks and
properly delegate syntax highlighting the contents as perl code.

There is a pull request on github for the patch.
