[ic] Amazon EC2 machine image

I need to run a small helper app on Amazon's EC2 in conjunction with S3 
storage. Has anyone already made or used a stable Machine Image for use on 
Ec2 they can vouch for?

>From what I understand, when you create your setup, you can make it a 
reusable Machine Image for others to use. If I have my consultant set me up 
with this, any advice on what I should include besides Apache, Mysql, and 
IC? I suppose Postgres. Any advice on a way to omit or a list of crap to 
specifically not put in? It will probably be running on Centos.

My hopes are to create an Interchange catalog-ready AMI.
