This is a new module for Interchange: it does 3DSecure and repeat payments, as 
well as refunds and other functions. It also has a number of default fraud 
rules to handle HSBC's own fraud checking. It will send the merchant a warning 
email if HSBC catch a transaction and block the funds while awaiting manual 
approval (HSBC don't tell you ... but your customer might ...)
