[ic] Wrong encoding first requested page in a session

Hi, everyone.

After restarting the Browser the first page we request from interchange will be delivered in wrong encoding.
It seems to be twice utf8 encoded.
The same effect can be archieved, if an logged-in user is logging out.
Only one page is affected, the next pages are in correct encoding.
I suspect the problem is the use of the mv_nextpage value.
