[ic] Website redirects to canonical domain

Everyone,

While searching Google for some old mailing list posts I noticed that
there are several really old domains still indexed there, with URLs such
as these:

http://lists.akopia.com/pipermail/interchange-users/2012-January/date.html
http://developer.akopia.com/doc/frames/ictags_111.html
http://developer2.akopia.com/archive/interchange-users/2000/msg02490.html

Splitting and duplicating content across domains of course doesn't help
any with SEO, so I just set up redirects back to the long canonical
www.icdevgroup.org host.

Same thing with d.icdevgroup.org, doc.icdevgroup.org, and
xmldocs.icdevgroup.org, which now all redirect to docs.icdevgroup.org.

Yeah, this should've been done a long time ago. But I guess I'm not the
only one who didn't notice it. :)

Please speak up here if you see any adverse effects from this change.

Thanks,
Jon
