[ic] Template::Flute question

I couldn't find a Template::Flute mailing list and I thought this would 
be the next best place to ask.

I'm looking for a way to set a variable in the HTML in order to have its 
value passed on to an include file.

In TT2 I would use

<% page_title="My Title" %>

or in ITL

[set page_title]My Title[/set]

I'm sure Flute can do this but I'm not seeing it in the docs.
