[ic] Maximum order quantity of 0 enforced.

On some items, when inventory is below zero, and an order is placed, I get 
an error message. Other items do not do this.

"Maximum order quantity of 0 enforced."

The problem is that we often do not have stock as many items are made to 
order.

Solution?
