[ic] Interchange 5.12.0 rc1

Hi Marco,

Glad to hear you and your family are safe.

If you *have* the time, it would be great to test on both an existing install as well as a new install.

Right now, a tarball install is the easiest way to get things going; download/extract, then:

perl Makefile.PL
# install any deps
make && make install

Test with existing catalogs, new catalogs, etc.
