[ic] large dollar gift certificate pop up

I have a customer that called to find out how to use gift certificate
that popped up on my site. Problem is, I have never used or setup a gift
certificate. One was in excess of $100 the other smaller. It is a repeat
customer.(3hird order) Anyone have any thoughts on how or why this happened?
