Hi Everyone,

We currently maintain an IRC chat channel on the freenode IRC network. 
As some of you may be aware freenode has undergone a hostile network 
takeover and the vast majority of channels are moving to the new libera 
chat network at irc.libera.char/6697.  I've set up a #interchange 
channel there for us to continue our IRC presence in.  Those of you who 
wish should please join me there.

Barring any objection I will likely be closing down the freenode channel 
in the next day or two and directing people to the libera channel instead.
