[ic] Fwd: constant error messages

I am getting errors every few seconds that is making a massive error.log 
file

They are using a new form of IP spoofing where an IP address is used 
only one time and then another IP is used for the next. I had 25000 IP 
addresses used in a single day. The firewall can not keep up as it does 
no good to block an IP that will not be used again.

Any ideas as to what is causing this / how to fix?
