European Sales Tax

Hi!
Here in Europe many countries charge different percentages of sales
tax depending on the type of the product. For example: in Austria the
normal tax is 20% *) but only 10% for books, food and some other
things. As our company is offering both books (10%) and videos (20%):
How to implement that sales tax concept in MiniVend?
