preventing caching of [random] elements?

Hopefully a quick question... using the [random] element, it appears that
MiniVend caches the file contents, and doesn't update the cache if the file
changes. Edits I make to the files appear not to show up until I restart
the server.
Is there a way (other than a server restart) to get MiniVend to notice the
page change and flush its cache?
