You don't even need to use a form at all, you can do it with a link:
http://www.YourDomain.com/cgi-bin/CatalogName/order?;ProductCode;
This takes them right to the shopping cart and adds the item. You can also
pass referrer and other information in the link as well, but I haven't
figured that out. If you do, let me know.
