Hello Sam,
WIN NT has not a mail package like sendmail! Your ISP must install a
mail programm or an interface to his mailserver, which can used with
perl-script! You have ask the list about your sendmail problem formerly.
Someone and i have (hopeful) answer your question! But no reaction or
more information are coming from you!
I have give you a hint about ActiveState-Perl 5! Look at the html-help
files in your perl-DIR (send email with perl, WIN95&NT FAQ) and look at
the README-win.txt (send email with blat) in your minivend-DIR!
If you want any help from this list, give us more information about your
problem! We do not know, if you has a wrong setting in your cfg-files or
something is wrong at your ISP!

BTW:
I change the webserver from WIN-NT/IIS/ActivePerl to FreeBSD.....!
WIN-NT is not a good idea for me!
