	Does this work?  I would think you'd need to use 150.01 200.00, 200.01
250.00, etc. -- it probably does not crash because your pricing may never
land on the even dollar.

	You can use any criteria in your shipping.asc, so, why don't you try,
instead of price, entering [total noformat=1].  :-)
