The easiest would be simply to parse and format the database through perl.
That might be a few hours work depending on size.
If that's not pretty enough look into something like perl -> latex,
perl->Docbook/SGML or quark. That might be a few weeks project.
Doing it from minivend/HTML is not going to give you good format control
for printed versions.
