Search problem...

Hi,
the following situation:
products.asc: field1, field2, field3, field4.
In the searchform the user have one textfield for searchtext and three
checkboxes to choose if field1, field2 and/or field3 should be searched. So
far, so good. This works well.
But, how to realize the same searchform as described above with the
following add-on: The content of field4 must contain a fixed value. This
value is not choosable by the user, it is predifined.
Any solutions?
