[item-price] / [item-subtotal] problems.

Hi List,
	Well, I tried to figure this one out now for a few days; and I'm
completely stuck.  I'm in an [item-list], and if I try to reference
[item-price] or [item-subtotal], like what the demo does, it doesn't work
at all... however, if I attempt to do [item-field price] it works fine...
