	Well, lines 13-34, your HTML comment, is okay, but really the correct
syntax should have it all on one line, or a seperate tag for each line
(HTML1.0)

	Line 55 you have an input outside of any <form> definition.  That value
will not go anywhere.

	Lines 56-64, you should not have any HTML tags between the </HEAD> and
<BODY> (HTML1.0)

	I'm not sure what you're doing with [value recnum], but I sure hope it
helps you pass the session IDs... you're not allowing MV to generate very
many links.

	Line 194, you might want to put [value recnum] in quotes.

	Line 221, I really don't think there is a tag called [then].

	Line 230, looks dangerous having field names with upper and lower case...
and you might want to put your HREF in quotes.

	Line 233-270, wow, interesting.

	Line 306, really, no [/then]


	I dunno Jason, all I can say is 'tighten it up'.  You got some lose
