Though it might be helpful to post links to more information.
WebWasher information can be found at:

WebWasher adds "WebWasher/<version>" to the User Agent string. I'm going to
add code to my sites to display a polite message to WebWasher users that
they should temporarily disable WebWasher while using the site, until a
solution can be found. Searching the web log and tracking.asc, it looks
like I lost one sale due to this, but had about 5 customers browsing while
using WebWasher.
