prev_url, nitems RM

Hello list,

I'd like to have a button on the basket page that says "Continue Shopping"
that sends people back to whereever they were before they hit the basket
page.  (This could be a search or a flypage.)
I've read in the docs under prev_url and couldn't get it to work.  Any
suggestions?

I'm using the [nitems] tag to display the number of items in the shopping
cart on the sidebar of every page.  Browser caches seem to render this
ineffective.  I'm wondering if anyone on the list has conquered this problem
without resetting the cache setting on every users browser in the world?
